Very disappointed. The Lcarnitine base they produced last year (2025) was great quality never any issues. This year 2026 for some reason it’s turning a goldish color meaning it has oxidized and lost potency some how during their manufacturing process. We have bought both the 1kg bag and then tried the 500gram bag with same issue. Pure bulk you need to figure out where you went wrong….

I LOVE ordering through Purebulk. Customer service is fantastic…ppl answering the phone are very nice and knowledgeable, (and if they are unsure they contact someone who does know). 3rd party COA’s…somewhat detailed (I wish they tested for more toxic metals, esp nickel). From what I can feel, very potent and pure.

I received my order and in a timely manner. Thank you for this. Because the specific packaging of this product is flimsy and the shipping material is also flimsy a few tiny holes were found on the packages when I opened them and some of the product had spilled into the shipping material. If I may suggest using some paper or a single layer of bubble wrap to help keep this from happening in the future. I paid for the fastest shipping because I needed this supplement urgently, yet it wasn't even shipped until 24 hours after I placed my order. As a result, it didn't arrive on time and was completely useless for the purpose I bought it for. I also contacted the seller to try to find a solution, but I never received a response. I never even had the chance to try the product, so this rating is based entirely on a very disappointing purchasing experience, shipping that failed to meet what was promised, and nonexistent customer service.

It says teachers get a 15% discount on the website. So we reached out about and the girl that responded said that was probably a past offer. It’s still on the website as of 7-28. It’s a miss leading offer that the company is not standing behind even though it’s plain as day on their page.
