service is good...but no voicemail box

The service is fine....no problems generally. But I don't have a voice mailbox. Is this something I have to put up with or is there a solution.

Switched from Verizon to PureTalk

Switched from Verizon to PureTalk to save money. Went from ~$70/line to ~$30/line....a no brainer. Now I see Verizon is advertising a $30/line plan. HAHA. I also like PureTalk's customer service reps because they speak understandable english.

Great customer service that are friendly and knowledgeable. I've referred many to Pure Talk because the mobile service is as good as any company I've had, but with the assurance that our money isn't going to fund radical left agendas.

Excellent Customer Service!

Excellent customer service if they don't have the answer they will make sure you are taken care of with the appropriate technical support from your particular phone company ie Samsung Apple etc. I have never gone away with out an answer. Always friendly and helpful staff at Pure Talk

We were with Verizon. After 20 years and being treated like cattle and denied a senior discount or any concession and being over charged for a shared 2G plan we made the switch. Wish we did it sooner! What great company, affordable plans with awesome customer service who actually like us. This is how it should be! Highly recommend you make the switch!

Very satisfied with the exception of how difficult it was to switch over from my old provider ( Xfinity ) to Pure Talk. The live help with someone over the phone and here in America made it so much easier to deal with and understand. Thank you for that !

What Pure Talk is doing well is that our transition from our other cell phone carrier has been seamless. We are getting the same coverage at a lower cost. Our experience has been all good.

Easy to switch carriers

Easy to switch carriers. Price is a lot cheaper than Verizon. The coverage isn’t as good in my area as Verizon.

I'm thrilled with PureTalk because I have excellent service; customer support is great and I love that it was started by our Veteran Heroes!! Also, of course, I'm only paying less than half of the money I paid to AT&T!!!
