Stay away from PXG
Purchased a set of PXG irons. After a couple of seasons use shaft on 2 irons snapped just below the grips. The shafts had this strange rod inside that was just short enough to end below the grips (exactly where the shafts snapped). Brought it to PXG attention and the rebuilt the clubs. Now this season another shaft snapped exactly the same location and I examined the other shafts. All are beginning to show cracks in the same location (just below the grips). Went back to PXG and now they say it’s wear and tear related and not under lifetime warranty. REALLY! What a bunch of jokers. They don’t stand behind thier products and their products are just not up to snuff. This in NOT a premium brand. Premium brands stand behind their products.
STAY AWAY from PXG equipment. Your hard earned money will just go down the drain.

The shaft on my 3 iron snapped after 2 years. The head spiraled down the fairway and almost hit my playing partner. PXG wouldn’t repair the club under warranty. They offered to sell me a replacement club for $200. Beware of PXG. There golf club are dangerous. There is a reason PXG only offers a 1 year warranty.

Driver fitting, 5 star
Stuart was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough with my driver fitting. Went through some baseline assessments with PW and 6 iron then own driver. Good explanation of the numbers and their meanings and how to optimize these. Trialled 3 different heads then once in best head, several shafts then once head and shaft dialled in, more fine tuning with weight distribution. Was fun to see the numbers improving with each change. Learned a lot and enjoyed the experience.

I have been through 2 fittings
I have been through 2 fittings. My HC has went from 4 to around 10. These clubs take my high long arching iron shots to lower shots that cannot hold the green. My distance on PXG irons has dropped at least 10 yards or more per iron.
I wanted to like these clubs but through two fittings they are just not worth what I spent on these.
To be fair and to make sure it was not a me issue I went in to the country club and rented some Mizuno clubs and the iron shots were crisp, high and performed well.
I applaud PXG for their marketing, clothing line and the appearance of the stores but that is where it ends.
I would recommend to try out other clubs before spending their hard earned money on these overpriced, lesser performance clubs.

The fitting is a joke definitely not…
The fitting is a joke definitely not any better than taking clubs off the shelf. They only try to upsell shafts even if you hit the the previous shaft better. They really dont care to fit you properly. The Philadelphia store is a waste of time to drive an hour and pay ridiculous price for clubs (over $3k), that are made in another country and play the same as my callaway clubs that cost half the price. I only initially interested in them because they supposedly love veterans. I don't think this is the case.

From Ping G30's to PXG...and disappointment with woods!
The Gen 7 irons do have a lot of get up and go. Added 8 to 12 yards to my distance in the irons 4 to 9 but the wedges offered about the same length. Feel and sound was very good. Good swings result in good shots.
The Black Ops driver, 3 wood and 5 wood have been disappointing. In fitting session results were very good with 8 to 12 yard increase in distance. However, away from the fitting session, I am not seeing similar results. Moving weights and changing the lie and loft settings do not seem to offer the control I was looking for without similar distance during the fitting. In my estimation, the woods of over rated. When I requested a "spec check" due to the differences in performance, it was not greeted with much enthusiasm and to date that spec check has not happened. My advice would be buyer beware!

FIRST CLASS PXG CUSTOM FITTING EXPERIENCE.
Had a first class fitting with PXG fitter Stuart McGrath. Stuart took time to understand my golf and then went about finding the right clubs for me in an extremely professional way. Much better than any fitting I had in the past. It was great fun and as well as clubs I came away with a few fab tips from Stuart. If you are looking at getting custom fit clubs don’t buy until you have had a session with PXG.
Dear PXG Customer Support,
I am writing to express my frustration regarding the durability of PXG drivers and the handling of my recent warranty claim. I have purchased several PXG products and was even considering a full bag fitting. However, after my warranty claim was declined on a fitted $600 driver, I am seriously reconsidering my trust in the brand.
I have experienced crown breakage on two different drivers, three separate instances, within a short period:
• Black Ops 0311 RH 9° Driver (Purchased January 2025)
• GEN5 0311 RH 10.5° Driver (Purchased February 2025)
Given PXG’s reputation for quality, I did not expect these issues, nor did I expect my warranty claim to be denied. After researching, I’ve seen that other golfers have reported similar concerns, which suggests a broader issue.
At this point, I would like to understand PXG’s position on this matter and whether anything can be done to make this right. I had planned to invest further in PXG equipment, but this experience has given me serious hesitation.
I look forward to your response.
Best regards,
Nigel Hunter

PXG Fitting Fliers Liverpool
I had my fitting for a full bag at Fliers Liverpool, what a great set up. Stuart was very knowledgeable and personable , I didn't feel rushed at all like some fittings I've had before. We settled on the clubs and the model. However they didn't have the look I wanted Stuart then rang around and got exactly what the clubs I wanted
I cant wait to get the clubs and get them on the course
I cannot rate Stuart highly enough
Thanks again

Wow what an experience!
When I arrived I was greeted and offered a drink as though I was in an expensive car showroom. The store was beautifully set out and the fitting facilities were state of the art. Hayden was warm and friendly with fantastic knowledge, he assed my needs quickly and provided tips on how I could get the very best from the Black ops driver. Having already been for a Taylormade fitting that was average in comparison! This was 5 star ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic fitting experience x 2 and customer service from PXG
Recently had 2 fitting experiences with Conor and Hayden at the London South store. Both were fantastically knowledgeable, the store is very well equipped and the entire team made me feel welcomed. Black Ops irons on the way and will soon be going back for driver and 7 wood, all made sweeter by being offered Heroes discount by Elliott from online customer service team. Fantastic services fellas and PXG

My experience with PXG and my Fitter
My experience with PXG and my Fitter Andy was great. I explained my handicaps and he made sure that he fitted me to get the best of my game. I gained yardage and direction. I played my first round with my new Black Opp clubs and besides missing some putts. (My own fault. I almost broke into 70s. I'm 78 years old and highly recommend PXG clubs and Andy my Fitter

I recently visited Pxg for a golf club fitting with Hayden Campling, and I can confidently say it was the best fitting experience I’ve ever had. Originally, I had only booked a 30-minute session, but Hayden went above and beyond, spending over an hour ensuring everything was perfect.
Hayden’s expertise and attention to detail were second to none. He made me feel valued and completely at ease throughout the process. His recommendations gave me confidence, and the end result is that my clubs now feel absolutely perfect.
If you’re looking for a professional, tailored, and truly enjoyable fitting experience, I cannot recommend Hayden and Pxg enough. Fantastic service from start to finish!

Poor after purchase customer service
Dear PXG Staff,
I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the after-sales customer service experience I recently endured with PXG. As a long-time supporter of your brand, I have not only been a loyal customer for approximately five years, but I have also introduced over 20 new clients to your products, believing in the superior quality PXG promises. Unfortunately, my recent experience has caused me to seriously question that trust.
The issue began with my PXG 4 and 5 irons, which my professional golf instructor at PGA Frisco identified as improperly weighted (currently C4 when they should be D5). He recommended I have the weights corrected—an adjustment he described as straightforward, involving swapping the weights in the iron heads. Confident in PXG’s reputation, I took my clubs to the Dallas (Preston Valley) PXG location to have the issue resolved.
To my astonishment, I was advised to “just go buy some lead tape” and apply it to the clubs myself. This dismissive suggestion was completely unacceptable. As a neurosurgeon, it’s akin to telling a patient to “just live with the pain” rather than addressing their medical needs. Hoping to escalate the matter, I inquired about alternative solutions, such as sending the clubs to PXG headquarters or replacing the weights on-site, but I was informed that all such adjustments are handled exclusively by your main office.
After this interaction, I sent my clubs in, expecting a resolution. Instead, I endured over eight weeks of silence, unreturned calls, and no updates. When the clubs were finally returned, nothing had been done to address the issue. Adding insult to injury, obtaining the promised refund took an additional four weeks of persistent follow-ups.
As a customer who has invested significant time, money, and trust in PXG, this experience has been nothing short of appalling. Your after-purchase customer service is shockingly unprofessional and unacceptable for a brand that positions itself as premium. This ordeal has left me with no confidence in PXG’s commitment to its customers, and I can no longer recommend your products to anyone at the three country clubs where I am a member.
Respectfully,
Dr. Adam Gallardo, DVM, MD, FABPM
