What a fabulous experience at The Beeches Golf Centre near Knutsford. Stuart was very patient, explained every step of the process I went through and was just brilliant in helping me select the new clubs I have ordered.
Very bad experience with PXG
Very bad experience with PXG. My completely new putter after 1 month have rust spots that have surrounded the face and backside. You can kinda brush the off but they are still there and can’t be completely removed. The response from PXG is “we can’t do anything” basically saying it’s normal. Very disappointing considering this putter is like 499$ brand new! Never buying PXG again!
Stuart was friendly
Stuart was friendly, knowledgeable and patient and made the club fitting very easy so thanks. The only gripe I have is I travelled an hour and half for the fitting and spent over £1300 and I had to pay for a small coffee in which I thought was complementary. Not the overall service I thought I would receive from PXG
PXG Driver
I had ordered a £450 PXG drive. Which arrived late. It comes without an adjustment wrench for which an additional amount of £10. Just petty .. Ping etc still provide an adjustment wrench free of charge and most online retailers provide one if requested. Horrible service . Avoid.

Excellent club fitting session with Stuart McGrath at The Beeches Golf Centre near Knutsford . Comprehensive & patient consideration of options to achieve my objective of increased distance and ball speed. Easy to understand explanations of the steps in the review process , to inform his recommendations . No pressure to purchase , however I did indeed place an order for a new set of clubs . Overall a great experience

Highly effective Driver fitting
Stuart made the fitting process very informative as well as effective in getting the correct specs that suited my swing. I came away confident that the proposed driver head & shaft recommendation will improve my game. Highly recommended.
PXG Lightning fitting and purchase
Had an online fitting for Lightning 4 and 7 wood, and phone call from Will Downes. Fitted for clubs with Denali Frost Blue regular plus shafts. Clubs were received within 6 days, excellent performance, which I have fed back to Will at London fitting centre. The whole experience was superb, with a 10% discount as first time customer and no upgrade charge on excellent shaft. Top service, will be back to look at driver and possibly irons. Totally recommend the clubs and Will. Congrats from a delighted customer.
Great experience fitting at PXG.
Great experience fitting at PXG. Liam set a basic line from my own clubs and then fine tuned heads & shafts PXG to suit my slower swing speed. You need to go with exactly what you want to achieve from the fitting. Liam listen to my requirements and really went to town on fitting. Even to swing weighting! Its amazing service so do get fitted. This is the best I've ever had. Thanks Liam

PXG Lightning fairway wood fitting with…
Just had a fairway wood fitting with Stuart and similar to my iron fitting it didn’t take Stuart long to find the right shaft and set up combination. I do like trying the upgrade shafts however on this occasion there was no improvement in distance or dispersion. Thanks again Stuart.

Awful company
Awful company. I once bought a driver that I was excited for. Left a good review for the shipping and handling. Then later noticed the paint quality was shit on the bottom of the club. Messaged them and they said that I left a good review before so no help. Taking no accountability. Trash quality and trash customer service.
PXG customer service
I recently got fitted at PXG and used the clubs for a few weeks I couldn't get on with them for some reason so I called the customer service. I spoke to Brittany and from start to finish her communication and help with everything is probably the best I've had from any customer service
Club Fitting 02/01/2026
Stuart spent a lot of time making sure I got what I needed and he didn't try to oversell to me. He made sure I was happy every step of the way. Even before my appointment he checked what i required so we were ready to go when I arrived.

My experience with PXG was excellent
My experience with PXG was excellent. The golf clubs feel premium, perform really well, and the craftmanship is top notch. It's a bit of an investment. but totally worth it for serious golfers.
Outstanding Customer Service
I am coming back from injury and went to get fitted for a driver at PXG South London I tried the new lightning and the black ops but was not swinging my best. I tried my old 0211 PXG driver was hitting it the same as the other drivers, he adjusted my original driver and I hit it well. We had a chat and I am going to work on my rehab and play a bit more and go back for a full set fitting in April or May. This was excellent customer service and I would recommend them as he could have sold me an expensive club that would not have improved my game because of my rehab from injury but chose to help me and recommend coming back, which I will do as the staff are all lovely and honest and that makes a change from some other retailers so well done to PXG in South London I was so impressed with your staff and will be using PXG in the future as I know I will be in good hands and I will recommend them to all my friends. 👍

Got fitted for PXG Gen 7 irons and Forged Wedges. Was the best fitting experiences I have had. Stuart was able to provide valuable insights to my game. Using his skills and experience to ensure the shafts and lies matches to my swing to get the best performance from the excellent clubs I was buying. Would definitely recommend Stuart if you’re getting fitted for PXG.
