Not so “free” QR code
Great for a couple months of “free” QR code usage…long enough to print business cards and start handing them out. Now the QR code on my business card doesn’t work and they are asking me to subscribe for $39 a month to use my “free” QR code…don’t make this mistake!

What a joke!
What a joke. I used QR.io to create a QR code for printed promotional materials, only to find out a few days later that it had been deactivated and required payment to work again. That information should be extremely clear before anyone creates and prints a code. Instead, customers can end up with useless printed materials and unexpected charges. The positive reviews do not reflect my experience at all. Highly disappointed. Do not recommend.

We had a great experience! Marie was very friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We had an issue with our fridge, Arjon from the maintenance team came within minutes to help us. I really appreciated how helpful everyone was and professional!

We had a great stay! The hotel was clean, the location was perfect, and the staff made our trip even better. A special thank you to Arjan for going above and beyond to help us with everything we needed. We also appreciate Marie at the front desk for her warm welcome and Viergetha for the excellent service. Everyone was so friendly and professional. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent and responsive customer service
I had an urgent issue with a QR code that had already been printed for an important project. Carolina responded very quickly, clearly explained the available options, arranged a refund for my monthly payment, and provided a one-time payment solution so that the QR code could remain active permanently.
