I find out that, without my permission and with no consent from me took 29€ out of my pocket as fee for monthly subscription! Really disappointed from the way the all situation has been handled. Stay away from… I never ever subscribed anything from them! Be aware… PS: I have been contacted from PFDaid with a standard message offering to explain me how it works the software…pure scam and no sign of my money! Stay away!!!

The service at PDFaid is great. I forgot to cancel my subscription after a week, so the card they tried to charge, failed. I chatted with a staff member and he cancelled my subscription and I don't owe them anything. I am very happy as they are very polite. If I need their services again, I'll definitely come back.
