Feels like scam.. I tried their pdf editor once paid one day cost. All of sudden they changed me 39USD. I immediately requested for a refund they wouldn’t at first.
Then they only refunded 19USD.
I searched through chat gpt seems like lots of people went through this same issue. New way to make money.

Very disappointing experience. My account was charged €39 for an automatic subscription renewal without any reminder beforehand. I wasn't actively using the service, and I only became aware of the charge after the payment had already been taken.
I contacted customer support to request a refund, but they were unwilling to help. Many companies show goodwill in situations like this, especially when the service hasn't been used, but that wasn't the case here.
The lack of transparency, poor customer support, and unwillingness to resolve the issue have left me with a very negative impression. I cannot recommend this service.

I paid something like half a dollar for one file export, a few days later i checked my bank account and discoverd they charged me 40 dollars for a full pro subscription i never signed up for , and they only charged me two days later so i wouldnt notice ... its a scam
