Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. My account was charged €39 for an automatic subscription renewal without any reminder beforehand. I wasn't actively using the service, and I only became aware of the charge after the payment had already been taken. I contacted customer support to request a refund, but they were unwilling to help. Many companies show goodwill in situations like this, especially when the service hasn't been used, but that wasn't the case here. The lack of transparency, poor customer support, and unwillingness to resolve the issue have left me with a very negative impression. I cannot recommend this service. 0/10
