Works well overall. The PDF to Word conversion is pretty accurate, though with complex layouts it can get a bit messy. For normal text-heavy documents it's great.

We used this PDFaid app online and paid the 0.50 p for one time use only. They took the one time money, then next day without warning they also took £49 and now refuse to answer any emails about refunds. They confirmed subscription was cancelled but no refund. This is a Scam, do not use. Much better other apps are available online for free. We have instructed the bank to try and get the money back.
