The agent was very efficient and managed to resolve my issue. I felt they were a bit too direct—some customers might perceive that as being somewhat rude—but I was very pleased with the service! used the compress tool. went from 22mb to 6mb which is decent. Quality held up pretty well too, no visible difference on screen. Would be nice if it were faster but not a dealbreaker
