I feel very upset and disappointed with how this refund request has been handled. I was charged 1,290 THB on July 24, 2026. As soon as I became aware of the charge, I immediately tried to contact your company to cancel the service and request a full refund. I have not logged into or used the app at all since the charge was made. However, I was informed that the company could only refund half of the amount, which I believe is unfair. I kindly ask the company to reconsider and issue a full refund of 1,290 THB, as I did not use the service and contacted you to cancel it on the same day that I was charged.
