The owners manual is very poor It doesn’t even let you know that the batteries have an on/off switch. There are not hardly any instructions on his to operate Etrike. The u tube video to watch is not even mentioned. You can do must better. Thanks, Bill Darby

cannot set left parking brake.e mailed quality quest about problem.did not get an answer.
They kept me up to what was going on and did everything they could to correct things that were packaged wrong. They sent a European style plug instead of a USA style plug.

I bought the E-bike, and it was going to come unassembled and with three included gifts. I received a message that the shipping would be delayed, and I was worried about the bike's arrival, as I wanted to use it on one of our camping trips. I messaged back to get a more detailed arrival date. I received the bike early and was pleasantly surprised that it was assembled, but missing one of the gifts. I then messaged the support team to confirm when the bike mirrors would arrive, and was informed they were out of stock. I was disappointed and asked if they could send them once they are back in stock, and was immediately given a response that they would ship it ASAP. The bike mirrors are on the way, and I really appreciate how responsive they were to all of my questions. We love the bike so much so far. The only issue is that the bench seat seems a bit off-center, and we are now missing one of the hinge pins, so I will likely replace it myself. The customer support team has been super helpful.

Later I saw a charge I wasn't expecting so I contacted Matt again and he was more than willing to make that right. Easy to work with. I received the bike a week early. The only downside was that they use FedEx. FedEx didn’t call before they delivered it and I was supposed to sign for delivery but they didn’t even come to the door

The item that was sent don't work it never changed my bike the green light stay on never changed.
