HI Jared - I'm very sorry for the experience you had with us, but I apprreciate your patience as we resolved the issue. As you know, we're working to improve our systems, our website, online ordering, shipping, and all that jazz, and sometimes things don't go as planned. While we hate hearing we messed up, we appreciate the chance to make it right, and I hope we did. As you know, we're working hard to revamp and update our website, and it's quite a bit of work (as of today, we may have 7% of our total items on our website).
