Anna is a fantastic therapist. I have been seeing her regularly now for a few months, and after each session my muscles are incredibly relaxed and my flexibility has improved a lot. She is able to 'listen' to your body and focus on problem areas, and also gives advice on how to keep improving on this at home.

The therapist is able to release my tension areas in my body. I am able to sleep better at night. My body is relaxed and less tense. I am more flexible now, able to do certain yoga pose with less difficulty.

I went for a trial massage for hot mask treatment and muscle tissue massage body n shoulder Following the detox massage which improves my blood circulation. I am impressed by my first visit. Sprained my knee and unable to walk with restricted movement and needed an immediate treatment. Was recommended by my uncle to this physio treatment.
