Everytime I have used Rail Ninja they have been great. The website is easy to use & the booking process very clear. I've also had reason to contact customer service and they were very prompt with their reply & very helpful.

Very easy to book. I had an earlier booking and could not make the earlier train departure so I booked a second booking for the same route. RailNinja held the booking confirmation because it was trying to avoid a duplicate charge. I contacted the customer service and the issue was addressed immediately. I am very pleased with their service.
