What a scam
What a scam! The face value of my tickets was 99.5 euro yest they charged me $240. I contacted customer service and was offered Ninja Cash but since I would have to buy more over priced tickets that is worthless. Save your money and just buy direct.
Great easy to use site

Bait and switch
Bait and switch. Overpaid on rail tickets by 50% then they switched 3 business class seats to economy 2nd class. I was offered a minor refund for the ticket downgrade by an argumentative sales person - but no refund on a product I didn't buy.
