What reviewers say

AI generated

Reviewers had a great experience with this company. Customers truly appreciate the clear, thorough, and very relevant questionnaire designed to carefully tailor the personalized book to their beloved dogs. Many people love the wonderful custom features and eagerly look forward to working together with the helpful training materials to successfully improve daily behavior. However, some customers also noted that there were excessive upsells and numerous one-off sales pitches encountered repeatedly during the online checkout process. Some consumers also noted that the primary items were quite expensive and felt completely misled by unexpected recurring monthly subscription charges that were added automatically.

What people say

Order process was long

Order process was long. “Extra features “ and offers were extensive. The basic book was expensive. I hope it was worth it! Follow up- all access to the site to use the free digital copy of disappeared. After filling out the review requested the link disappeared to my purchase. The only evidence my interaction is a charge to my credit card. No direct link to the company appears to be available!

Dear RICHARD S CARPENTER, We understand the order process felt long with the extensive offers and the basic book seemed pricey. We are actively working on improvements to streamline this. Please email [email protected] with your account email and, if possible, the order number so our Raising Dog team can assist you! Sincerely, Raising Dog Team

Thank you but please read.

I like the things your offering the books the guidance everything. However I feel like the need to upsell is too much and as I'm going through check out it's a little confusing. At first it says get a hard back for the original price but later it says add paper back for 20. then it asks if you want additional books for another 20 each plus the annual 100. The total for everything is outrageous even with the discount. If the annual was more affordable I would be a life time member!
