Well it’s not the most ideal experience but let’s just say that I subscribe a few months ago and had no idea until tonight when I noticed a charge on my account. Nora Abot took me off of subscription with no sales pitch or trying to convince me to keep my subscription and I appreciate that and she also did it quickly but let me know that I had a month to check out, whatever it was I was subscribed to 😂 thank you Nora

I felt that the questions asked to create the book were very relevant to what we want to do to improve our dogs behavior, and strengthen the bond we have with her. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY BASED IN LITHUANIA. Ordered the customised dog training book. Paid £60. Didn't arrive for almost a month. Googled the company. Saw loads of other people had been charged unauthorised subscription payments. Asked the company where my book was and not to charge me for any subscription services. Got the book. Not very ground breaking material. Very generic. Find out a year and a half later they've been stealthily charging me £42.50 every 3 months so they've taken over £200! They've assured me they'll refund but I wonder how many hundreds of thousands of pounds they're making, quietly stealing money from people. Will report this company. The only reason they have a rating of 4 is because they're clearly paying for people to leave positive reviews to balance things out.
