Reviewers had a great experience with this company. Customers truly appreciate the clear, thorough, and very relevant questionnaire designed to carefully tailor the personalized book to their beloved dogs. Many people love the wonderful custom features and eagerly look forward to working together with the helpful training materials to successfully improve daily behavior.
However, some customers also noted that there were excessive upsells and numerous one-off sales pitches encountered repeatedly during the online checkout process. Some consumers also noted that the primary items were quite expensive and felt completely misled by unexpected recurring monthly subscription charges that were added automatically.

I’ve been looking for a way to do training at home on my own but since it’s been so long since I’ve had a puppy, I didn’t know where to start. With this book being created for me and my dog, and with the great reviews, I figured why not give it a try. Although I wish though for the breed option, there’d be more cross breeds, my pup is a Shih Tzu x Bichon, but takes after the Shih Tzu more, so I put Shih Tzu down for the breed. Hopefully this will be a good way to get started since what I’ve been doing doesn’t really seem to be working.

Just read the reviews this is a scam with a recurring charge. Then read the companies responses to these negative reviews, they are AI generated and all say they are going to do better and make things more clear.......but they never have.

I purchased a book for £62.99 which I thought was expensive but worth it, it did not clearly state there was a monthly subscription of £24.59 a month. I was unaware for 5 months total outlay so far 185.94. Read everything be aware
