Disgusting service. The book was extortionate for what you actually receive which isn't really tailored to your dog at all, they just add its name in every once in a while. then they sign you up to loads of subscriptions under a name 'Medical score', which is entirely misleading. I have so far unexpectedly paid £472.07 to this company. They are refusing to refund even though I have zero correspondence and have not had a single notification of money being taken.

I bought the custom book for the kids to teach a puppy. All great fairly basic tricks and general knowledge that kids should know. My problem is they started charging me $50 Canadian a month as a subscription that I didn’t sign up for. It took 4 months before I noticed it on my card. So $200 that I didn’t sign up for. I asked for a refund as soon as the charge showed up on my credit card and they refused. After looking online this seems to be pretty common. I would avoid this company.
