Misrepresentation
I was looking for a line of credit for my business. Then I came across this business. I was able to get $ 55,000 wired. Then I returned $45000. The business advisor, Tim, explained that the weekly payment would be calculated based on $5,000, which was incorrect information. Three weeks later, I discovered that they had drawn $ 4,500 on $ 5,000. I called Ginny Marshall, who was supposed to be my account rep, but she did not respond. I sent an email to Tim, who also did not respond. In the email, I asked him to call me; no response. I left almost 3 voice messages asking him to call me to discuss the issue. None of them got back to me. If you need capital, please use your bank or the SBA, or some other means. Be careful when you are dealing with them. I am lucky I got them in time. BE CAREFUL with them, please. I cannot express enough how careful you need to be when dealing with this business. They will misrepresent and add other items to contracts. If you must, have your attorney look over their contract.

lol my business is doing $85k monthly
lol my business is doing $85k monthly. These guys offered $22k with a return payment to them of $40k LOL. My credit cards have a higher limit than that. Waste of time, do not do business with them. Just go to Cardiff. They offer WAY MORE with LOWER INTEREST. LOL DONT LISTEN TO THEIR RESPONSE. THEY KEPT CALLING AND EMAILING ME ASKING ME TO SIGN WITH THEIR TERRIBLE OFFER. WHO IN THE RIGHT MIND WOULD PAY ALMOST DOUBLE BACK. THEY CANT EVEN OFFER HALF OF WHAT MY BUSINESS IS DOING MONTHLY. TERRIBLE.
