They are horrible to deal with

Last month they rescheduled by delivery 20 times. After speaking to customer service it was rescheduled 4 more times. Now this month im on rescheduled 5. I filed a better business complaint and was contacted by Darcy Amin who promised delivery the last two days and no delivery. They are the worst company and they lie through there teeth

They stopped deliveries for several weeks, lying daily about when I would get my water, finally I went somewhere else twin rock water - great service.

Ready Refresh is a very reliable and professional. They deliver my water monthly and they are always on time. I live in an apartment building, and wal Long up those stairs can be very challenging for me. With Redy Refresh, my water troubles are gone! I referred them to my family, friends and anyone I know who wants their water to be delivered on time and hassle free!

Not excited anymore...

The convenience is okay as I'm not too mobile anymore, but the service is not the best. They were a better company before merging with Primo Brands. They don't keep their word. They include unexpected additional charges and have to many unnecessary fees. Every agent gives different information every time you call. So far, I'm not too happy with their service.

Good luck trying to cancel service with…

Good luck trying to cancel service with Ready Refresh, just because the person who answers the phone is polite does not mean they are helpful. After multiple emails and phone calls over a series of months, I was finally able to get them to pick up my equipment and close my account.

This service is amazing

This service is amazing, and the driver/delivery person is extremely kind and genuine. As a disabled person, he set my bottles outside the door where they could be easily moved inside. The driver before him would set the bottles downstairs on the floor next to the garage door. The new driver is a lifesaver.

Clean water delivered every time we set the date. Always on time. Convenient and quick. We will not go back to bottles waters. Ever!

Refreshing and Reliable Goodness

I can always count on Readyrefresh to deliver water on time and the driver is helpful and friendly. The bottles are clean and the water refreshing. The service is so good I also have them deliver to my parents home.

We have used for years- what a disappointment

We have used for years at home and business. WE moved out of our home, they picked up all and we thought all was fine. We noticed 28 months or so of charges after the move out and called them on it. They agreed to the pick up and cancellation but said - why didn't you catch it sooner and we only give 3-6 months credit. We sent them $2157.14 worth of proof of charges AFTER MOVE OUT AND PICK UP DATE. They creditred $323.09. I guess we'll continue in small claims. Between this and their awful website and the fact they change or cancel delivery dates the day before or whenever they want to without notifying - don't use them. RUn to someone else

i cancelled the service in september…

i cancelled the service in september 2025,because i was moving out the state,and in january 2026 the company is trying to continuing charging me for water, and are trying to get into my account to collect money,be aware of companies like this,with no morals o decency,im 72 years old and notice how companies like this are taking advantage of the elderly.

Run as fast as you can

Run as fast as you can. For multiple months in a row they change your delivery date multiple times and then this time they even cancelled my delivery and claimed I self cancelled. When I reached out via text their solution was a small credit and a delivery in two days. They are not reliable or dependable. Ill be cancelling my service, if I’m paying for something I expect to get what I pay for and NOT a monthly run around.

HORRIBLE AT SOLVING ISSUES

I have never experienced the problems I've had with this company ever since it switched from Primo Brands. Every month I have to call to get cups taken off our bill. We never buy or receive cups they just continue to bill us for them. I never realized how few water companies there are until I went looking for a new one. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere at all costs!!!!
