What people say
Did not needed last delivery - did not get a chance to cancel this delivery, did not get info
Overpriced and unprofessional
Contract started off well, but the salesman that talked me into signing up did lie about many different things. I stayed with them for a few years, but when I cancelled my account in September, they have still repeatedly charged me and still attempt to currently. Their prices are way too high when they are not even maintaining their equipment or picking it up.

Ready Fresh customer service is terrible.
Trying to reach Ready Fresh customer service was a total letdown. After endless prompts, no one ever picked up, and then they asked for a survey when I hadn’t even spoken to a real person. Really disappointing service experience.
This company has a good product and I am happy with their service!
This company has a good product and I enjoy getting the 5 gallon container of water brought to my home. I am informed when it is coming and can even put a pause on the delivery if I want. I have no complaints and the water is very good!

The best way to receive your natural spring water directly to your home. I'm trying to get my 2-3 liters per day and even for my small family, it's a lot of water to handle from groccery store. So we choose to have Reade Refresh to deliver us 5-gallon bottles once a mont,h and this is super convenient and what's important for me it's natural spring water

Drivers are always polite and mindful of our delivery of water and making sure they're not left out to the elements!
The Ready Refresh convenience.
Ready Refresh is very convenient and saves us the time of needing to run out for more water. We love the timeline and knowing when to expect delivery.
Choose another water delivery company.
I really am not happy with this company. The water price and delivery price is quite high. The website is not easy to use. Changing schedule isn’t easy.
Excellent services
We are always pleased with your employees
Customer service is terrible
Customer service is terrible. You can not get help or clarification on account issues when you need them. They don't show up when they say they will show up and change the date repeatedly. Overall would not recommend them.
Thanks for being great…
The drivers are always mindful and kind. Bring disabled, I appreciate the kindness
I'm getting on this with mixed…
I'm getting on this with mixed feelings. It seems like they really worked on their customer service and everything, but when you had so many bad experiences like we had, it is hard to excuse. First of all I have to say that we were very disappointed when ReadyRefresh was merged with Primo, because we had bad experience with Primo in the past. But they made is very easy to cancel the service. I just went on the live chat. In the past you were only able to cancel by talking to a customer service agent on the phone. I don't know if this is still the case, but the live chat agent made it easy for me. They also send the cancellation confirmation to my email as soon as they sorted everything out. We din't have any empty bottles because of the switch, that made it easier too. But over the time we used ReadyRefresh/Primo we had issues with deliveries, the dispenser (we changed that by getting aown one), customer service (the lady was so bored on the phone, I thought she would fall asleep) and so on... For now we are buying the 5 gallon bottles at the store to avoid all the hassle. I gave it 3 stars because of the convenience and the easy cancellation process, but also only 3 stars of all the trouble we went through over the years.

amazing service
I cannot say enough AGAINST them.
I cannot say enough AGAINST this company in the past year. The brand switch to Primo was appalling and the service just went downhill. Issues with delivery and billing became common, and, they raised the rent again on my water dispenser equipment. I saw that my equipment was five years old when I first got it several years ago (from the equipment tag), so this was nothing but a money grab to raise the monthly rental fee on a water dispenser unit that was never maintained or replaced in more than a five year period. I paid far more than the cost of buying the unit new, but I'm a senior female in a rural area so it was awkward for me. That's just greed on their part -- rent raised for WHAT? Storing their 5-8 year old piece of equipment in my house? I just had to get off my own butt and buy my own machine, so I did. I then I canceled my water delivery account. I then scheduled a pick-up of their rented equipment. They delayed pick-up after multiple scheduled time slots. They missed pick-ups several times -- they were no shows and each time I had to put the machine outside, and cover it, in rainy weather and winter mind you, so it wouldn't get stolen off my porch, or blamed for it being damaged of course --- until finally a MONTH passed before they arrived to pick up the water dispenser unit. After they did so -- they billed me that same month's rent AFTER I had already cancelled the account and AFTER 30 days of missing those pick-up dates. "So sorry we didn't come get our used equipment for a month of missed appointments -- but please pay us a month's rent caused by our own delays, you good with that? " No. That issue, coupled with billing errors (they charged me for TWELVE (12) 5-gallon water bottles delivered when it was actually TWO (2) -- so I was fighting their own typographic error -- led me to initiating a small claims against them. I demanded their agents-for-service of process in California three (3) times over another month, so that I could properly effect service of my claim on the proper corporate agent. They wouldn't provide the info which they are legally required to do, and it was only after I said I would publish the notice of plantiff's claim instead, in the local legal ads, and effect service by publication, and just go to my small claims appearance on my own. If they didn't no about it, tough titties. Then corporate finally confirmed they wrote off my final statement and closed my account "as a courtesy." There was no courtesy to me -- only their incompetence and greed. And they wasted 2 months of time and aggravated me extremely. What a terrible company. I bought my own dispenser and I get my own 5 gallon water jug filled elsewhere. It's heavy, it's awkward, but at least I don't deal with these people anymore.
