Scam company. Skipped deliveries but still charged my account and added late fees for not paying it. Didn't offer to give me my money back or remove charges just said they would give me a free jug on my next delivery. That one jug doesn't cover the $50 they charged me for nothing. They even create fake invoices saying what they gave me. Liars, con artists, and thieves. DO NOT TO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

Since I started 2 years ago company has quadrupled the cooler rental cost with no notice, added new deliveries that I did not authorize and just randomly delivered an order with one hours notice while I was on vacation. Also beware of the fine print of the fees of about $75 to cancel service to return the cooler.
This company is deceitful they double dippers into your account if I put a pause on delivery and didn’t get the product how and why would you still charge my account
I wrote a detailed review seems it didnt get uploaded. Okay, (1) major hygiene issues with bottom loading dispensers - I experienced a fungal type smell in the water - wasted three 5 gallon water bottles aince it happened 3X (once back2back and one after change reqd from other issue 🙈🙄🤕🤕🤕) Ugh I noticed the fingal taste 🤮🤮🤮 .. drabk it Zero attn to detail I had to get (2) Zero Attn 2 Detail: They changed SIX DISPENSERS..their team is all chopped up the left hand cant communicate (or wont or who know ) with the right not once did thwy think ok she has gone theough ebough lets make sure all okay - but then the tenprature was off - no cold water or no hot wate - just buy your own disoenser and get the waylter from the store. This was terrible
Missed deliveries, with no other sooner days
Water was not delivered on time severaly times, even after we were told it would be. This continued weekly and we went without water mutliple times. Not just on 6/18/25, but many more times. Since we changed, we have had zero issues with the new vendor.

I liked the convivence of the service but once the company merged I did not receive delivery, it took forever to get any assistance and I just didnt want to keep calling and messaging to get information on my next delivery so i cancelled.
I tried getting a delivery about 10 times. My scheduled delivery was canceled every time on the morning of the delivery day! Horrible customer service. They lied to me on the phone, saying that the delivery is on its way! LIES LIES. I had to go get my on bottled water my self. Never got 1 delivery from them.

Nice delivery from driver. Hope he reported that water cooler is not cooling as it should.
