Extremely Disorganized Customer Service Experience

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with ReadyRefresh/Primo Brands has been extremely disorganized from the beginning (September 2025 to present). What should have been a simple water delivery service turned into months of repeated billing issues, conflicting information from customer service, delivery confusion, and constant follow-up on my end just to get clear answers. I had to call a minimum of one time every month. Some of the issues included: * Being charged inconsistently despite promised free deliveries and waived delivery fees * Receiving conflicting information from different representatives * Ongoing billing/authorization attempts even after account adjustments were supposedly made * Difficulty getting written confirmation of agreed terms * Receiving a different water brand than the one ordered * Long periods of no response unless escalations or BBB involvement occurred To their credit, adjustments were eventually made to my account, but the overall process was far more stressful and time-consuming than it should have been for a basic recurring service. The biggest issue was not even the money — it was the lack of consistency, communication, and operational organization throughout the process. I would strongly recommend keeping detailed records, screenshots, and written confirmations if you choose to use this service.

Impossible to cancel the account

Impossible to cancel the account. They are finally updating the website, so maybe an email will work. They say call to cancel, then never answer! I wanted to leave them about a year ago. Had to skip deliveries a bunch, AI chat they have is a garbage algorithm, the worst I have ever seen. Water is water, it is fine, but you can't leave if you join.

Love the printing quality

Love the printing quality. Scents are not pungent when you first open, I appreciate that. Might not last that long but super cute idea.

Looking for a better company

Water delivery is always a situation they never deliver when they say they coming and then when you call on the phone nobody seems to know what you're talking about or you're getting the voice record and they're saying high volume calls just find another water company that's more reliable and dependable than this Primo ready fresh water

More consistency with deliveries for 5 stars

I love having my water delivered and I have no issues with the delivery personnel or the quality of the product itself. In fact, the delivery guys are super friendly and helpful. I would also add that the app works great for skipping deliveries or adding items to a delivery. However, I’ve had issues with missed deliveries on designated dates (not always weather related). This leads to a whiplash effect with the water supply (none or too much), so I end up having to purposefully skip deliveries at some stage to avoid turning the house into a warehouse for water bottles.

I ordered from ready fresh through Amazon my first order the first two cases on the bottom the tops were crushed. I left it. The second order I thought it would be better. I ordered it May 1 heard nothing first it said three days then it said delay then said seven days delay. They kept saying their truck broke down so I finally called and I said again truck broke down on Monday when I called. They gave me a delivery day Thursday the 21st then I looked on Amazon said returned credit no call telling me they do not have any trucks coming up to West Palm which I don’t understand which Amazon has multiple trucks coming up wow I will not be ordering water through Amazon for ready fresh again I do not recommend ready fresh I do recommend Zephyrhills zero for Primo. I’m so pissed. No phone call update nothing.

Declining Service Quality with Primo

I have been a customer for over 3 years, started with original Readyrefresh and it appears it has been taken over by Primo, which already had water quality issue, original reason I didnt go with them, and now I noticed they have an increased price for everything and also keep increasing the delivery charges at will from one month to another even though no change in address or service. I rented a dispenser and received a broken product so had to return and got one myself (better effective cost and better quality) but they decided to retain the rental until I called up and demanded adjustment. Substantially degraded quality with the new brand.

Cancelling membership is impossible

Zephyhills water tastes terrible but cancelling is impossible. Several calls long waits and still unable to cancel. Had to call my bank for assistance. Do not use this company.

If it have me an option for negative that's how it would be. The company. Delivered the wrong size bottles then when I called then they delivered the right size as a replacement then tried to charge me for their mistake and when I didn't pay it they sent. 17.78 to a collections agency when I called to straighten it out it was taken out of collections but my account was canceled and not fixed . Never do business with this company they are awful billing is wrong deliver wrong stuff then charge for replacements and mess up your credit over their mistakes
