was having my second period of the month because i just went through an abortion so my period was not regular. i was having very bad cramps and decided to take online mc as i wasn’t in the condition to leave my house. however, the male doctor who handled my tele consult simply shut me down and said its not possible for my period to come 2 weeks later when it just came without even giving me a chance to explain. this was my worst experience with a doctor ever and to think that really sick advocates about having compassionate doctors lmao
Was feeling very weak from my fever, so this was a lifesaver. Meds arrived in less than 2 hours as well! Consult went smoothly - Dr. Miracle Grace was very attentive and went the extra mile to try and get my meds delivered even when I consulted a few minutes after last order.
Dr. Joanna Foo was super disrespectful. Don’t be afraid to speak up if she yells at you. Insane to yell at someone who’s sick and causing distress for absolutely no reason. The other doctors are nice though.
I tried reallysick because my friend told me to try. I was having fever and couldn’t go for work. But my boss asked me to get an MC. Sign up was easy with Singpass. And I was seen by dr Sau and was given an MC very fast. Good and affordable service.
I spend less than 40 dollars to get both my mc and medications from the online doctor. The meds are delivered quite quickly within 2hours. That’s really cheap compared to most services out there. Really impressed with how efficient the service is.
Paid for an online consult - told I need to visit a clinic
I had an online 'consultation' with the option of adding a prescription so paid $25. The consultation lasted for approximately 10 seconds before I was told that I would need an in-person consultation for this kind of condition (skin condition). So I paid $25 for 10 seconds. I contacted the company who said it would be refunded in 2-3 days. There should be a list of conditions which are likely to require an in-person consultation so that customers do not waste time.
