Paid for an online consult - told I need to visit a clinic

I had an online 'consultation' with the option of adding a prescription so paid $25. The consultation lasted for approximately 10 seconds before I was told that I would need an in-person consultation for this kind of condition (skin condition). So I paid $25 for 10 seconds. I contacted the company who said it would be refunded in 2-3 days. There should be a list of conditions which are likely to require an in-person consultation so that customers do not waste time.

Firefly Airlines

Booked 2 flights, both delayed.

My first and last 2 flights with Firefly, both delayed, the second one significantly (4hrs+), so disruptive, no communication from anyone as to what was happening. I will not book, nor recommend that anyone else books, with Malaysia Airline or Firefly unless you are very flexible with departure and arrival times i.e. I most certainly would not book late flights or ones where you will have a transfer. Book with an alternative airline if you can, these guys are a joke.
