Ordered a doll for my grand daughter for Xmas. Did not come and was sent fake tracking numbers to follow delivery. Tried to call company but no luck....I contacted my credit card company and they are in the process of investigating this company. The credit card company is closing out the card I used to pay for this doll and sending me a new card. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY. Why is the Federal Government not doing more to protect Americans from these scams.

Received wrong doll & Reborn wouldn't make it right.
My granddaughter specifically chose a vinyl newborn baby boy with hair & a cute little sweater for Christmas. The doll arrived in a different not attractive outfit & no hair. On top of that the baby had vinyl genitals!! I could not find anywhere on the description that stated the dolls had genitalia. On Christmas Day our girl was excited to see the box, but somewhat disappointed in the fact there was no hair, the cute sweater outfit was replaced with a grey cotton outfit & was turned off by the life like private parts!!
After receiving the doll before Christmas, I went back & forth with the company trying to get the right doll. They told me I could accept a discount or mail the item back to China & then re-order the doll which could not be guaranteed to get before Christmas. On top of that, they charged me for two dolls!!! We had been through 2 hurricanes, with damage, & could not afford to purchase 2 dolls. We lost my son/granddaughter's daddy in April 2022, & really wanted this special doll for our girl. The Reborn company absolutely refused to admit to the 2nd charge error on their end!!! They must pick & choose their reviews on their site so be aware of their customer service, false advertising, & all around poor business tactics. I cannot be the only person to have run into the unfair practices of this company. Such a shame that companies are allowed to take advantage of those of us trying to do the right thing.

If i could put a negative star i would!!! I am doing a fraud from my bank on this company!!! I ordered two dolls both were suppose to be here before christmas because santa was bringing them to my 7year old!! I still have no dolls and There's no info on the second doll! I messed up and read "fake" reviews they have up on their website!! They just keep telling me to be patient ! This site is a complete scam. I’m not even asking for a refund at this point. I just need my second freaking doll I never received. Ordered 2 dolls and an accessory set. The doll I received looks nothing like ordered. But whatever it’s a Christmas gift for a 2 year old who will be happy either way. Not worth the $100 I spent on it but the hassle of trying to return it isn’t even worth it. They are NOT reborn dolls. They are the quality of dolls you’d find at Walmart for $10. My main problem is I only received ONE doll. Never got tracking information for the second doll. Never got the second doll. It was a Christmas present for a 4 year old. I have sent multiple emails. Messaged on Facebook and have gotten NO response as to whether or not I’m even going to get the second doll. Huge waste of money. Do not order from them.

I wanted to come and write a review because I was nervous after I ordered a doll and read the reviews afterwards. I ordered a doll for my daughter for xmas. Communication was pretty good, a lot of updates, made me nervous when it took a while to get through customs and then kept being delayed for delivery but it arrived before Christmas and when I opened it I was pleasantly surprised. The doll looks good, like the one in the photo. The clothes it came with aren't the nicest but I planned to buy new clothes anyways and just wanted a doll that didn't come naked. Overall I am happy and will likely order again!

I really wish I researched this company before ordering. I've waited over a month now for a doll that looks nothing alike the picture and had the same response as a previous comment that the doll is what I ordered, that the clothes aren't they same because it's for show and they can offer me 10% for compensation. Absolutely a scam. I paid $200 and the doll looks like it is from Walmart. The agent refused to refund my money offering me 10 % because I was displeased. The doll had a deformed foot and is made of cheap plastic. There is nothing high quality about this doll.

The doll that we ordered online looked absolutely nothing like the doll that we received in the mail. I spent over $100 and will have to just throw the doll away. It is so terrible. I ordered an avatar baby. Thinking it was coming from USA. Instead it comes from China.
I chose the doll. Advertised as silicone. I checked it over and over. Finally bought it. Arrived today and not the one I chose and it is vinyl. It is just a big cheat. Cheap and cheerful material.
Please if you want silicone do not use this company.
I am disgusted with them.

So pissed off. I paid damn near $200 DOLLARS for a piece of plastic. It smelled like spray paint, you could smell it through the box. It was like 6 inches, looked like a doll from dollar store. it was NOTHING like I was expecting. Didn’t even get my money back. Will try to sue this “company”

I wanted to follow up from my previous review. If I can give them zero stars, I would. This company is an absolute fraud. I ordered a doll with light brown hair that was curly and blue eyes and I got a doll with dark brown eyes and straight black hair. This is the response I received from the company when I reached out to them…”So sorry for the inconvenience caused. It is because there are varities of models for the same face doll. The color of the eye might be different for some types , the type on the picture is only for shooting, hope you do not mind.
