Such a scam I ordered a doll for granddaughter and got a doll that looks completely different from what she picked out with me. When I complained they said they used same face kit (not true) and the props they use for website photography are just that props. Plus the wire in the battery compartment is not attached to the battery pack which means dangerous or defective to a 5 year old child. They have offered me 10, 20 and 30 % alls I want is to return this doll which is not what I ordered but they say they don’t supply return shipping label ( have you ever tried to return an item to China) not easy and cost is as much as the doll. I’ve sent pictures of the doll they sent me and it clearly is not what I ordered. Still waiting another response but in meantime stay away from this company if they will not honor there guarantee that means it’s false advertisement just to get you to buy from them, they are the true scam alert!!! Update 12/7/2022 they have emailed me and said they will process full refund once I receive credit I’ll update the review.

Disappointed. Doll received doesn’t resemble doll I requested and paid for.
Very disappointed when I received my daughters doll that does not look anything like what i ordered. Was Offered 10% refund which I declined, they then offered 20% which again not interested in. Upon doing some googling realised the website is fake. I paid $170 for a fake doll 🙄 Ordered a red head, got a blonde. Requested full refund. Awaiting response.
They refunded the full back tothe card ipurchased it on. i thought yeah right but funds have appeared back on ny CC. And i was told to keep the doll. It wasnt about the money but not providing whats advertised and getting BS excuses. Not to mention charging through the nose foe a fake doll. DO NOT PURCHASE from this site

Would give 0 stars if possible. This is a total scam!! What I received was nothing like what I ordered. It’s hideous and different colored eyes and shapes weird etc etc etc. They offer a pitiful 10% refund. What a joke. I will be taking up with consumer affairs and better business to get them shut down what a waste of money and my daughter would hate it if I gave it to her for Christmas. Do not buy from them or read their reviews on website. Scamming people out of their money is so awful! Hoping my cc will help settle this as well.
Update: they will offer full refund if you send it back to China at your expense. It would have cost over 65.00 to mail back and they do not accept tracking numbers created here. Post office says that if you send back, they will say they never received it and you will be out the product, the cost to ship back and the amount you initially paid for the garbage doll that was sent. They are horrific and I hope they get shut down! Do not buy anything from them!!

SCAM! I ordered a male Avatar reborn doll. It looks like a cheap plastic doll from the dollar store. It had male parts but was dressed like a female. I emailed them asking for a refund. They said they could refund me 10%. I spent over $70 dollars on this horrible toy. Don't believe the reviews on the website.

This site is a scam . I ordered a doll for Xmas looks nothing like what I ordered. They did offer me a percentage refund to keep doll but if I retuned it and sent post receipt they would refund. They now dont reply to emails . I have raised dispute with PayPal for refund and they have not refunded the return postage.

Should be so ashamed I would have rather recieved an empty box then the GARBAGE they sent. The doll we ordered looks nothing like the doll on screen, or that of other customer reviews, after contacting service provider they offered a % back and said there would be slight differences in appearance but everything was different and they do not look like real life babies or toddlers. I cannot leave a review on the page funny that. I do not want to send the doll back to China for a refund as I don’t think it will even get processed.

Placed order with Reborndollshop, and then read reviews. Finding mostly negative reviews I began to worry. But as with most online purchases I began receiving delivery updates and so gave the benefit of the doubt. The doll arrived 9 days after order and when I opened the package, I was pleasantly surprised, it was exactly what I ordered and looked identical to the pictures on the Web sites.....will definitely recommend this site and purchase from them again. I do not understand why there are so many negative reviews.

We must tell you that we are a legal and legitimate site. Our dolls are hand-made. Artist paints the doll and roots the hair very carefully. We mainly sell vinyl, cloth and silicone body doll.
The pictures on our website are taken by the professional photographer based on the actual dolls. Of course, because it is made by hand, there will inevitably be some subtle differences. I haven't actually received the doll I ordered so I can't comment on the shipping or actual quality of the doll however, I am giving this site a 5 star review for their customer service. From the minute I placed my order someone emailed me to double check my order was correct and every time I sent them an email they responded within an hour or so and were really helpful. I decided to cancel my order a week later due to the order not going to arrive in time for my daughters birthday and once again I received a response within the hour and they cancelled my order and sent me a refund through paypal straight away. Very good customer service!

Brought what I thought were going to be 2 Levi sculpt dolls and they were not. They weren’t bad looking dolls but definitely not what was in the pictures (which you naturally would expect to get) which is very deceiving and dishonest. Customer service interaction for me was great I can’t fault that. I did however myself get a refund for 1 of the twins after I emailed and complained. Seems I am one of the luckier ones from what I have read.
Unfortunately I will never shop with you again or recommend your products.

I love my doll a lot and it is very cute but it doesn’t look like the picture shown on the site. The doll on the site looked like a real baby but what I received looks fake. On the photo it showed that the arms and legs did not have joins but what I have you can just pull off the arms, legs and head. Also on the photo the doll had real hair but mine is painted on.
Please keep in mind I truly adore my doll and respect the artists that made it but all I think is just that they should put a photo of exactly what you receive on the website not a different photo of another doll.

I ordered reborn doll Nia and she is beautiful just like the picture described. I was sceptical at first when I tracked the doll it showed that my email wasn’t registered. I reached out to customer service via email and informed me to be patient and provided me with a tracking number. I track the dolls for a few days and it then stated delivery attempt was unsuccessful which made me more skeptical so I reached out again and 2 days later I received the doll. It took 2 weeks to arrive bc of the Christmas holidays. The doll came in a nice box with a birth certificate, bottle and pacifier
