Did not receive my order. Customer service is a joke
There are several things wrong with my purchase. Wrong doll was delivered and customer service would not help after many emails. I was emailed saying, what I ordered doesn’t mean it’s the order I will receive. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

Hello, You have our business confused with another website with a similar name. Please check your receipt and you will notice the name on it is not Reborns.com and then you will realize you mistakenly left an honest business a negative review. Sadly, there are many companies out there that are scam reborn sites that trick you into buying knock-off dolls using bait-and-switch tactics. In fact, most of the top search results in Google and on Facebook are these scam sites. I'm so sorry if you have been scammed by one of these companies. We have helped many people who have been victims of these scam sites get their money back and also converted them in happy customers. If you reach out to me at [email protected] I would be happy to help you as well. Dave Stack (Owner of Reborns) Cleveland, Ohio
We have purchased a baby doll with…
We have purchased a baby doll with rooted hair, but the hair keeps falling out. The cost of the 17-inch doll was about $ 300.00. I think this type of doll is way overpriced.

I do not see any orders in our system from your name or email. I think you have our business confused with another website with a similar name. Please check your receipt and you will notice the name on it is not Reborns.com. Sadly, there are many companies out there that are scam reborn sites that trick you into buying knock-off low quality dolls where the hair falls out. At Reborns.com we are different. We are a platform of over 600 carefully vetted reborn artists who sell direct to you who all have individual feedback ratings from prior customers. The doll that you see listed on Reborns.com is the actual one-of-a-kind doll that you will receive after you order it. Most of our artists live in the USA and have been selling on our platform for years with great selling history. They are real people who you can actually talk with and ask questions if you have any. You can see all the 5 star reviews on Trust Pilot about us to see we are the real deal and a group of honest and trustworthy artists & sellers. I'm so sorry if you have been scammed by one of these companies. I encourage you to contact PayPal or your credit card company and try to get your money back and then leave feedback about your experience on TrustPilot under the correct scammers name to warn others. I hope you have found this information helpful and you consider shopping with us at Reborns.com Dave Stack (Owner of Reborns) Cleveland, Ohio

Reliable and highly recommended reborn doll website
Reliable website. They work with professional reborn artists that make high quality reborn dolls with proper COA certificates. Reborn dolls of this high standard are obviously more expensive than counterfeit copies and require many hours of work and expertise.

The best site to buy authentic reborn dolls from artists
My Ziva is absolutely gorgeous, Kamilla Abdujabbarova is a very talented reborn artist! The communication was excellent, she always responded quickly, and she is a very kind person. I highly recommend this seller! There are a lot of sites selling scams reborn dolls, and this site is the best place to buy authentic reborn dolls from artists.

Satisfied customer from Pittsburg, PA
When I tell you this is the most beautiful hand crafted baby doll I have ever seen I mean it! It looks exactly like the pictures but so much better in person when you really get to hold it and see how life like it moves. The order process was easy and shipping was quick. 10/10 would highly recommend! My daughter is going to be so excited on Christmas morning.

Great first time experience. Will be back!
Seller communication was clear, kind, timely, and thorough! The reborn doll was accurately described and what I wanted. There was a small delay due to weather (on both our ends) and the seller was quick to update me. Shipped in secure packaging and was set up so I could see every step of her journey!
