Fantastic!

Safe, convenient parking for my car while I traveled out of town! I'd use Red Beam again anytime.

The ease of travel

It was so easy paying ahead of time. The ease of getting in and out of the garage makes traveling much easier.

The garage and price are very good

The garage and price are very good. One suggestion would be to add instructions to the email confirmation that says access is via Arrivals, and when entering and leaving the garage, EXACTLY how the scanner and ticket work and what needs to be done with the QR code that was sent in the confirmation email. Other than that, very pleased. .

Poor service

Pre paid however had difficulty leaving the garage No one was available to provide assistance either in person or by phone. Convenient location. Would not recommend

Over the weeked stay

Good experience with the advance booking and reservation with QR code on my iPhone. Finding the email from 5 days earlier was a bit of a delay in entry. I stopped in at appox 0300 hrs and had no issues. There is not a convienent parking for someone picking you up, send them across the street to Dunkin/Sonoco --- an easy walk.

It was easy to book the parking spot…

It was easy to book the parking spot easy to get their park and go. Near the terminal 3 minutes' walk It`s nice to come back from your trip and have your car in there hop in and drive away. The price to park is good, much cheaper than Taxi or Uber. I will do it again, and I will tell my family and friends about it. Thank You
