Regional Finance sent an unsolicited live check to an address that I own but my father lives at. The check nor any of the paperwork had my legal name on it and was made out to my father and not my legal name. He cashed it at his bank using his social security number, birthdate, and phone number. Regional Finance opened an account under my name instead of my father’s and reported it to all three credit bureaus falsely. The manager Haley Dill said for my father to call in and verify that it was him that cashed the check even though it was in his name not mine. He did that and Regional has yet to delete it off of my credit. My attorney is gathering information now.

Great company. They are very reliable and if you get behind on a payment they will work with you unlike other loan companies who don’t understand that obstacles do happen in life

The money you loaned me didn't cover everything....I had to pull $400 of my own money to close the loan out. One loan wasn't even included.....I told them that I wanted to consolidate ALL my loans. Didn't realize that it wasn't on there until about a half hour after we left. We went back and I was told had they done that the loan would have had to been for more.....duhhhhh...really? Unreal. Bad experience. Wish I had never done it.

I have received the worst customer service at Regional Finance in Sherman. They treat you like you're a bother instead of appreciating that it's loans that customers take out that pays their salary. No customers= no job. Its that simple.

Your policy of cutting checks to pay off two of my bills caused me a great deal of trouble and cost me hundreds of dollars. It caused an overpayment of the loan and now they owe me and who knows when I will be paid. I will never do business this way again. I should have been able to pay my own debts.
I cannot be more satisfied with this company than I am right now. Processing was easy on the original loan. I had some unfortunate events happen and the results of my refinancing was amazing. Even to the point I was giddy with relief. Thank you Regional. I plan to pay this down quickly and then get that truck I've been waiting for. sorry I can't remember the exact date, May or June Dennis P., GM Utah

The loan was an easy process along with great customer service. The staff that worked with me were genuinely sincere and understanding. Company doesn't pressure you to take out more loans. They found a lower payment for me and lower interest rate. Also nice having autopay without any extra fees like other companies.
