I was sent a survey with the misleading subject line that stated I'd receive a $50 Amazon gift card as a gift for completing the survey. When I asked customer service a few times about it that said they were sorry for the misunderstanding but it was a chance to win. Update: After discussion with staff they decided to honor the $50 Amazon gift card. I feel they realized their mistake. I've updated my rating now!

We purchased Remento last year for our father for father's day. Dad spent the last year making videos, which he took it very seriously so it was a lot of work, but very worth it. I think it’s a wonderful concept. I just don’t know how to get my chosen person to answer the questions or to understand why it’s important to have people remember them.

So thankful for this product. My dad is 80 and extremely tech-challenged and he can easily (and happily!) follow the links to record his stories. I love that we can add photos and prompts for him. The interface is so user-friendly. Just really glad we invested in this product and will have these priceless memories of my dad saved forever.
