Remitly is one of the shit company they don't want to pay me back my refund since 17th of April 2026 and whenever I wrote them so they say they are doing investigation wich never ends up. Remitly give me alot of headache and abusing me every single day.

Account permanently suspended without reason
I used remitly for a few months and thought it was a decent platform for money transfers. Then one day I tried to use it and was told my account was suspended. I entered the customer service chat to resolve the issue. I was told that my account was suspended due to a policy violation. I asked what policy had been violated and was told that if I wanted more information I should read the user agreement. I used remitly only to send money to family and friends overseas. I was very disappointed with the customer service and the lack of transparency.
