I'm having issues from morning
I'm having issues from morning. It's saying updating app and to stay on the screen. I have done that and yet not updated. How long should I stay on the screen for it to be updated. I have no access to it. This is going on from morning.

My experience with Remitly was amazing, I signed on very easily and send money to my loved one there and there . That was the best part. No list of questions downloads etc . Remitly is a company for all ages. Thank you
Extraordinarily Difficult
When I tried to send a modest financial gift to a friend in Kenya, Remitly suspended my account with no explanation. I appealed. I was then asked a series of questions including my relationship to this person, how I met him, when I last saw him, what the gift was for, would it be a single gift or would there be future gifts. They asked if this gift was being made on behalf of another individual. I then had to provide a selfie including my ID. All the information I had provided was accurate. My account information is accurate. I still don’t know if they’ll send the money or not. It has been 5 days. AVOID REMITLY unless you want to go through a barage of personal questions. I feel I’m being treated as an individual with criminal intent. Access to the app and my account have been blocked. I want to switch to another platform but I don’t know whether Remitly will send the money or not.
