Pathetic Services, false promises, don't do transaction if want to do it decent amount, they'll hold Money earn interest, give lame excuses for security concern and partner Bank. It's happened many times with me. Their compliance team is worst don't know how to talk to customer, misbehave and mention they're not obligated to answer you, don't reveal their identity as well 😡😡😡

I got hacked in the account, and while I was on the phone with Remitly customer service, the hacker made another 2 transfers. Remitly asked me to dispute with the bank, but they denied everything even I have the chatlog history. Now I am gathering the info and will talk to my lawyer.
