There were no instructions and it doesn’t work. Waste of money

Great replacement remote for my Caton Soundbar that never worked properly from new. The replacement from Remotes World is a much better design. Great product, good price, great service :)

Very happy with the remote for our BenQ beamer. Was a bit sceptic when ordering, however the order arrived as promised and the remote works! Yes! Would definitely order here again.
Thanks for the great review!
Had in mind that this replacement model would not work with my surround sound due to the correct model no longer available, fears we’re unfounded as it worked perfectly. Quick delivery, all good!
Thank! We are glad that you liked our remote control.

Thanks for the great review!
No support from the remotes world. The remote is not working. And when asked they send a link to download and to reprogram the remote which is not possible.
We have sent you instructions. Please try to reprogram. If the remote control does not work, then we will refund the money.
Remote only did some of the functions I needed. It was not really a remote for my unit even though it claimed to be for my exact model number.
Please contact support. Our remote control can be reprogrammed.
Horrible experience. The remote I purchased was a reap off. All it does is turn my receiver on and off. It also helps to increase and decrease the volume. Every other thing on it is fake. I regret ever buying the remote.
Please note that to switch sources you need to press the Shift button and then the buttons with numbers. See the list of buttons that is attached to the remote control. Also the list was sent to our mail.
Waiting ages for a remote. It’s late. I ordered it on the 23rd September. 15 days post means I should have it by now surely ? Its now 28 days since the order. Maybe Remotes World would like to send me one and ensure it gets here?
You have selected shipping up to 15 business days without tracking. Wait, please.
Took forever to come here and when it did arrive the remote was very different than the original. I realise that you can't get it the same but it was for a DVD player - not a TV! On top of that, the channel buttons no longer work unless you point the remote directly at the IT receiver. Would not buy again.
It is a pity that you did not like the remote control. The original remote control is more expensive. A true image of the remote control is on the site when placing an order.
Received Remotes world remote. Does not work out of the box. No instructions on how to program the remote. Any info would be greatly appreciated. SONY TV order#88965177
The remote control must be programmed immediately. Support answered you yesterday.
Hi Ordered Aiwa RC-ZAS07 replacement remote control for Aiwa NSX K380 music player and received the order on time and thanks for prompt delivery. The remote is not working on the player. When I press the button, light is blinking in the remote but in the player no process is happening. Even power on and off also not working. Pleas advice to rectify the problem. Orderno:#89997227 Thanks for quick reply. You had given a link to download and run. Which file to run and where the file is. Could not find any .exe file or any instructions to programme the remote. Please advice.
Our support team has already answered you. Please follow the instructions.
The device meets expectations. Delivery time has been much longer than expected.
Thank you for your purchase. On time delivery is influenced by many factors, so possible delays.
