The remote only turns on and off and up and down did not do what the ad stated all other buttons are useless and the ad said each button would replace button for button on the old remote

I wrongly posted a negative comment on this site in relation to placed an order (109028261) I placed with Wang Chai from Remotes World on January 1. I visited the Townsville Post Office today. The staff confirmed that the remote control device was in fact delivered to the Post Office but it had gone missing at this end. I have made an official request for compensation from Australia Post and would like to unreservedly apologise to Wang Chai and his company. It shows once again that it's dangerous to comment until ALL the facts are known.

Really serious company. I purchased from far away and in any case the goods arrived within 10 days. The remote control did not work, I contacted the company via email and they informed me that they had purchased the wrong remote control, but they guided me through a link to reprogram the remote control correctly according to the device I needed. The control did not work. Long time before reply to mail. lost money on taxes when it came to sweden.

The remote is not perfect, as it doesn't work as the original and some buttons are different, but it allows to use the device appropiately and saved me time and cost in finding the original replacement
