I ordered a remote in November of 2022. When it arrived, it did not work. After several tickets and emails to them, they have not responded. It's been well over a month without any communication from them. I strongly recommend avoiding this company!
Update: They finally replied at the end of January, and tried getting me to reprogram the remote (unsuccessful). They sent me a refund, which was less than what I paid. Their customer service is very slow!

Bought a remote for my receiver, and haven't gotten any information about it. Tryed contacting them multiple times, but dosent get a response. Not from email or ticket.
I ordered by accident a remote for the wrong Sangean radio. My fault.

Got a response from customer service. Remote still didn't work and they were unable to help us with the correct remote. The company issued a refund.
Received a remote that was supposed to be a replacement for a BOSE remote. The remote does not work and we have reached out to customer service with no reply.

Remote not working with my device But great troubleshooting from them. I was able to reprogram my remote thanks to their advice.

Hi, I put 2 stars just to get on here. Received remote quickly, problem is : it seems to connect to Tv ( just on/off) not the receiver. I tried everything!! Please help. Update: received information to reprogram remote, less than 2 mins. All working fine. Thank you

I ordered a remote control branded as compatible with the Avermedia GAME CAPTURE HD II. The remote control delivered does not match and is not compatible. I have tried to contact support several times for tracking and then to exchange. I have not received any feedback from them.
