Probably the best car insurance (Ever)
This has got to be (one of) the most honest, hassle free insurance companies on Earth. After almost being ridden over by a bus, I felt really bad that I did not have the details of the perpetrator or any witnesses, as the bus driver and other cars just drove away. I already thought that like most insurances my claim would be denied. Despite having the odds stacked up against me I was still paid out. The evidence of damage was clear and I showed that I followed all the correct steps following the damage. I was so relived and happy to find out that honest insurance companies exist! I would recommend this company a hundred times over.
It was such an easy claims experience with RentalCover. RentalCover.Unfortunately during my rental I had an incident, someone broke front grille while the car unattended.
Fortunately I bought insurance from RentalCover even though I have to pay upfront the excess. After that I submitted a claim to RentalCover for Reimbursement. The claim was very easy everything done in no time and I received the payment the next day.

Hands down the best rental vehicle…
Hands down the best rental vehicle insurance I’ve ever used. Once I discovered rentalcover and used it for the first time I can comfortably tell you I will never go anywhere else again. 10/10 well done.
I took a chance and covered my rental through RentalCover—because when has anything ever happened to my rental car? Imagine my horror when less than an hour after renting my car I was rear-ended. RentalCover was amazing to work with. The claim was easy to submit and I was reimbursed quickly! I would choose them again and hope you will too!

Long journey but worth a try
I had full coverage insurance for 10days of rental car. And unfortunately, at the very last minute before returning the car, I had a car damage by myself. So, I paid for the repair invoice and prepared the whole document package. After submitting all documents, I got the first approval, which was a wrong calculation. Then, I submitted the extra supporting documents. Afterward, I got the second approval, which was again the wrong calculation. This process made me quite exhausted. However, I asked them to calculate again. And they finally approved the correct amount of money. It was a long journey. But in the end, it was worth a try. They were collaborative and fast to respond. Overall, thanks to the claim team's agile response, everything went well. I am satisfied with their service.

Hired a car via Avis and took out the additional insurance via XCOVER ( Rental cover.com ) as it was cheaper than the equivalent Avis product. Unfortunately I returned to my car after parking it at a hotel and golf resort to find a large crack in the windscreen. Avis were not very helpful initially but XCOVER were brilliant from the off. Professional, courteous and efficient, my claim was processed quickly and I would 100% use again and fully recommend.

Amazing customer service and super quick response to inquiries.
I was charged for scratch at the local rental car that I had to pay €330, I made a claim on rental cover full protection online on the same day and was approved for refund within an hour. I’m so glad I had the coverage, because of this I will choose this rental cover insurance over any others.
I was amazed how easy the claim request was and how quick it processed. Make sure you have all the paper work ( rental agreement, final damage report, receipt from rental company ) and photo or video of the damage. Thank you!

The first time I have used rental cover…
The first time I have used rental cover for my car hire in Italy. I was charged 200 euro for a minute scratch on the inside of the door frame which was there when we took the car. And we were reimbursed straight away. 👍... A warning to others be aware of the scams in Italy take photos of the whole car inside the boot and even the door frames. Thanks again.

Easy to deal with and settled very quick
This was the first time I used Rentalcover. I was in Italy. While I was away from the car someone dented the front wheel arch. Rentalcar was so easy to deal with and the claim was settled within 10 days.
Had a really positive experience with rental cover. I visited Italy recently and unfortunately damaged the wheel of the car I hired. Since I got back from my trip I put a claim in as it was accidental damage and the process of claiming back the money I had to pay out was so simple and stress free. My money also arrived in my bank very promptly so will definitely use rental cover again. 5 stars!
Great price and easy to do online. Peace of mind is worth the it. Bought RentalCover several times but never had to actually use them, still worth it as the cost is so much better than the car hire companies.
