So Today I actually made the decision to go ahead and jump on board with Rental Kharma from one of my business partners and it was a very powerful move the customer service was absolutely amazing , There was not one question I had to ask that my representative Chloe did not assist me with I mean she is wonderful everything I needed she Step by Step Walked me through and actually explained everything it’s customer service like that , that should be acknowledged looking forward to continue working with her and the Rental Kharma team. Rent is a big monthly expense that should get some credit for , I Love to help others so I definitely will be sending a lot of customers to you all again an again thank you so much Chloe and the Rental Kharma team

Rachel was the most polite and nicest employee I have ever had the pleasure of talking to from any business especially over the phone. She made it very simple and took what information was needed while being quick and thorough all at the same time. So I signed up online and it said I would get progress updates. Nothing happened for a week. I called up and got Jeremy. (Less than a minute hold at noon) He told me they were backed up and that he'd get it done right away. I gave him the apartment website credentials, he saw the move in date and reported it to the credit agency immediately. Absolutely outstanding service. Good sense of humor too. Thanks Jeremy!

Im 21 years old, and started paying rent when I was 18. I don’t live in the nicest area however do try my hardest to do my best. In addition I wanted to report my rent I pay the lease owner. I’ve lived here my whole life, and established great connections within the community. I payed for the service making sure to give them all my details on what’s going on with my life, and on credit reports. They relayed to me they will help, I then informed my manger, she was all for it. Next day I was in the office with my property manager called back and the manager Jeremy answers, instead of who contacted me at first. While the call is on speaker my manger is trying to verify, and Jeremy says she’s not. My manager looked at me and I look at her in confusion, and she hung up because of how rude he was. As a result I call back a little upset considering my manager such a nice person, and was just trying to help both of us. I was then told they could not verify, because my manager said no yet I’m right next her and she says she’s willing too! He then said I can’t talk to the rep before because he’s the manager, then he transferred me to the founder. Who then told me I am not paying rent legitimately! And there such a simple service I’m waisting there time. I have lived at my complex my whole life, and work real hard to pay my rent every month, it’s really sucks to have a CO tell you you not legitimate.

I paid a one time $75 start up fee to have the last 3 years of rental history verified and added to my credit report. The current subscription cost is just under $9/month to continue reporting my rent payments from now on. I would say that's money well spent, especially for someone like me who needed to establish payment history. Jeremy was able to get my rent verified in just minutes, and the entire process from first call to completely done was less than 30 minutes. I'm impressed! Jeremy was also amazing at answering my questions thoroughly and giving me information I didn't ask for to make sure I had the full disclosure. I felt confident making the financial decision to partner with Rental Kharma after speaking with him. They also gave me a promo code to share with others and receive $25 for each referral. I have a direct line to text Jeremy if anything comes up or if I have more questions. Please give Jeremy a promotion as he is clearly an asset to the team!
