So I previously submitted a review on this purchase on my tour pac bad for my Indian roadmaster
I made a huge mistake on the refund process. In transit overseas and didn't have the opportunity to check the bank account.lhave to apologize to Rick Rack for that review, I feel that they were more than fair with the transaction.
They build a solid unit, great idea but I guess I am to much of a clutz to load it when it is packed down with gear. I travel (fly) to use there bag. Please disregard my bad review of the product on my previous review
Easy to order, shipped in a timely manor and delivered without issue. The parts worked as advertised and expected.

Customer Service always wins
I purchased the Roller Bag a couple of years ago which i highly recommended but I had an issue with a part that RickRak resolved swiftly and helped out due to our exchange rate. It's good to see a company looking after their customers after sales. Well done
