First ride on highway the snapped and…
First ride on highway the ball joint stud snapped and the lanyard did not save it (undetermined if it was bad placement or failed) destroyed my $500 insta360 camera. Received on 7/6 and barely used it, destroyed 3 weeks later. I sent pic to their email failure. I fortunately have replacement on the camera but am out the money on this mount and the only response I received is to this review and email and warranty submission have both gone unanswered. While I understand they’re at Sturgis, a week with no actual response is a bit annoying.

Bought a RickRak and the quality is amazing. Very well designed and built. Had a minor problem with the included lock (only 1 key worked). I reached out and they put a replacement lock in the mail that day. Excellent customer service! Looking forward to using the bag next month on a trip from RI to OK.

You ordered on Friday 7/10. We shipped it SAME DAY out USPS on Friday 7/10. From North Carolina cross country to Washington State. Your shipment "straddled the weekend".
