Waiting years for my ring to arrive

Hi,  My order SP-298824 Ordered 14/07 Ring size arrived w/c 20/07 Size confirmed within 24hrs Now contacting 03/08 as the ring has STILL not arrived! I paid $426 for this ring and it cannot arrive within 4 weeks! It is not good enough this was bought as a gift for 25th July which has now passed and another item was purchased to replace it. I allowed plenty of time for this to arrive but we are 4 weeks on and still no sign of it.  looking online predicted time is around 2 weeks this is now double that. It is a premium price therefore I expect a premium service.  I am not at all happy about this. I went out and bought the Oura ring 5 from the highstreets to replace the gift this was supposed to be. I expect compensation for the efforts, the inconvenience and the time wasted. Lets hope your customer service is more prompt than your delivery 

Well-structured on-boarding

Well-structured on-boarding; promise meets reality; sizing expectations and recommendations are relevant; info is helpful and well structured; easy to use app; smooth delivery. It's been a month and experience is very positive so far.

Prompt and a very favorable resolution.

- Ring doesn't pick up rem sleep or vibrate.

- Ring doesn't pick up rem sleep. - I get NO vibration after the very first one in the setup screen. Vibration is why I bought it. - I'd rather have the little dot on the bottom of the ring than the dip on the top to keep it oriented.

Trade in expereince

I bought my RingConn 3 on a trade in deal for my prior version. There were literally no instructions on what to do with my old ring, no shipping label to send it back, no instructions in the purchase confirmation or package with the new ring 3. They didn't even bother to send an email reminding me to send them my old ring or any type of confirmation that they received it. I keep waiting for my $70 discount to be reversed. The details weren't clear either. I never knew I had to pay to ship my old ring back to them. Suddenly my discount got much smaller than I expected.

Good product, but died in the wash

I purchased a RingConn GEN 3 three weeks ago. In general, it’s a good product. Looks good, fairly comfortable given the technology inside, and good tracking information provided in a pretty well organized app. That part makes it a good product. I have a couple dealbreakers though. First off, I got black. Looked cool and differentiated it from my wedding band. Had the look of a wearable fitness product which I was wanting. Black was a mistake. Within two days I scuffed it up while gardening, working in the garage, and just doing what I feel are part of my day-to-day activities. Even cutting vegetables with a metal-handled knife. This led me to make a habit of taking it off to protect it, or covering it when I was working out. Yesterday while doing some gardening, I took it off and put it in my pocket. Well, those shorts unfortunately went into the washing machine and dryer, and goodbye - $380 gone! Overheated I suppose. Perhaps the technology inside cannot be designed to sustain such temperature conditions, but for me, it’s a fundamental flaw in the product. Had I gotten the silver, perhaps I would not have need to take it off as frequently. The main reason for my purchase was to track my sleeping to understand how I can improve. I think I’ve learned enough in three weeks of owning the ring to know my sleep pattern by now what I need to do to improve my sleep. I don’t think I’ll miss the ring too much and it’s one less thing to worry about maintaining.

Battery issues otherwise good

Maybe I should have bought the extended warranty but reading through some other reviews that may not have helped me anyway. Loved my ring at first however the battery is possessed by a demon LOL was less than a year until it would randomly go from 70% to being dead overnight and not tracking my sleep properly and since the primary reason I got it was for the sleep apnea tracking that doesn't really work for me. Battery will be dead put on the charger 2 minutes later it will be reported as full and one minute after that after not taking it off the charger it'll be at 60%. Other than the battery the ring is fantastic but if you can't count on it working what's the point

Don’t buy this ring.

Don’t buy this ring. I’ve already had two replacements, and now, for the third time, the battery is failing again. It doesn’t even last a full day. I work at a desk, so this cannot reasonably be blamed on heavy use or physical activity. Three rings with the same battery problem is not bad luck. It’s a serious product-quality issue. I expected much better, especially at this price.

Poor experience with this company. Bait and switch tactics with promotion then difficult time getting refunded even though return is within the window of time and box is unopened. Go with another brand folks!

I did a small mistake initially and I got full refund. The support team help me during the full process and I got extra help on ring deliverable. Quick response and really helpful. I got the new ringconn 3gen, happy with the design and the functionality.

Stop thinking about it and do it!

I am an AppleWatch wearer, but was looking for something a little more. While I liked the idea of an Oura ring- I hated the idea of another monthly subscription. I purchased my RingConn 2nd Gen in April of 2026. I fell in love. By July of 2026 my battery was dying within a 24-hour period. I reached out to Customer Service, and they had a new ring to me within a week! I still wear my watch, but enjoy the added features of the ring. I often get comments from people that they like my ring- not knowing it's a smart ring. I like the headache alerts, the app interface and the sleep apnea monitoring. I highly recommend this option to anyone exploring a smart ring.

I exchanged my Generation 1 ring for a Generation 3 ring—this option wasn’t available during checkout, so I contacted Customer Service. They responded quickly and courteously with a clear solution. After receiving the Gen3 ring, I was refunded for the Gen1 within five days, and I was even allowed to keep the Gen1 as a keepsake. The whole process featured very personal and detailed communication. Highly satisfied with the professionalism and speed of the support team.

Gen 2 battery not lasting

I bought the gen 2 ring in February 2025. In the past month or so the battery has started to die after maybe 2 days. I did the trouble shooting recommendations of restarting the ring by placing it on the charger 6 times and leaving it on the charger longer. Customer service also recommended turning off the sleep apnea setting. I feel like it’s strange that I should turn off settings when they advertise the ring working with these settings for >7 days. I feel like a product that only worked a year and a half isn’t good for the $300 price. Prior to this I did like the ring its sleek and easy to wear to sleep but I’m not sure I would get another if the battery isn’t made to last. I did reach out to customer service and they offered a coupon to purchase another as a solution because it is outside the warranty.
