I love all the things that RingConn tells me and helps me with. The ap is easy. The ring fits well. I love that it can take blood pressure. Something I wish the ring could do in the future is take your body temperature at all times.

I have contacted support many times.
Same problem ring doesn’t measure sleep accurately
They usually blame me for problems.
But it’s always something different that is wrong.
Bottom line
The ring is not accurate.
My step counter does not give accurate reading.
I have tested against my Fitbit and Apple Watch.
Not even close
The sleep measurement is the worst.
Support claims I must be moving my hand to much while sleeping
But some gaps in sleep are over an hour long
Guess I wave a lot in my sleep.
Haha
I paid $150 same ring now $350
Quite a increase for something that doesn’t work.
My RingConn 2 has exceeded my expectations. I compared the information from the ring to what my doctor did, and it was spot on!! Ring Conn staff are always ready to assist
Absolutely abhorrent customer service, even once the ticket was opened it took 48-72 hours to get a response from someone. Worst customer service i’ve ever contacted, I asked many questions and raised concerns and was only met with robotic non-responses ignoring any issue I raised. For an expensive tech company I expect MUCH better treatment as a paying customer. If my second ring is also faulty I’ll be switching brands.
I was really worried about ordering the wrong size ring and of course I did. The customer service team made my life so much easier when I thought all hope and several hundred dollars were lost. The whole process was so simple and easy and they held my hand the whole time which I loved. Thank you
I love my RingConn! It is extremely helpful in understanding my body and tracking my health so I have a visual of what I am doing right and how I can improve.
My only dislike about the ring is that it often disconnects to the phone, so I do have not received notifications about my vitals (stand reminders, headache warnings, etc) since my first month of having the ring. I would love for the ring to stay connected longer - especially since it is often not in a far range from my phone.
I love my RingConn Ring. The health information is valuable to me on a daily basis! The app is easy to navigate!!
The ring fits beautifully! It’s size us nit bulky and it looks good too!!
Stop thinking too hard. There's nothing complicated about it.
It was so easy to order and doing the old device trade-in was really nice. I had a Galaxy Ring and while it's not bad over all (I actually really enjoyed it) it was trying to connect to every Samsung phone it came across (a problem that I don't think Samsung is working on). I decided on RingConn because of its affordability, reliability (based on reviews), the fact that it doesn't have a required subscription, and because it seamlessly connects to all my other health apps (through Health Connect). I have really enjoyed this ring so much. I hope that if I need to reach out to support or customer service in the future, that it would be an enjoyable experience as well.
Upgraded to Gen 3 for the added features of haptics and BP. It never vibrates and I've checked the settings many times. Either the one I received is faulty or it just doesn't work. Blood pressure feature has a lot to be desired. Lastly, went with the black and the finish hasn't held up nearly as well as the silver I had originally. Overall I regret upgrading from Gen 2.
The ring is excellent with easy to understand data and layed out in a clean UI. Paired with the awesome battery life makes the ownership experience great. I also want to add customer service is good as well.
The ring is quite cute, but not very durable. My biggest critique is the app doesn’t feel very sophisticated and I wish there was more interaction with the Apple health app it’s annoying to have to enter the same information about my cycle tracking stuff into two places now.
So far I’ve been using for 2 months and I’m impressed. First of all battery last 10 days, you forget to charge it. Nice style and good looking with gen 3 and brushed finish. Reliable monitoring vitals and activity. Especially stress level and headache signs. I wish there was a way to implement the e vibration to phone notifications like calls or messages.
I really like wearing Gen3, I’ve got many compliments as the beautiful ring. I’d been using smart watch to check my sleep quality and working out habit etc for long time, but RingConn is really accurate and didn’t miss any exercise and even a small nap! Why I gave 4 is that I hope to e ring will work as a silent wake-up alarm soon.
Product is pretty good considering price point. I like the software updates and improved features. Data received can be a bit glitchy. Can email if you have a question and response is fairly timely, although I’d prefer a customer service phone number.
