Very fast, reliable and easy. I was a little sketched out the first time doing this type of financing but overall a great experience and money was deposited within 45 minutes after sign paperwork

If I could give ZERO stars I would
If I could give ZERO stars I would. Borrowed $900 to give my kids a Christmas since I had to work less to take care of my sister with cancer. Not only did I have to pay back more than three times what I borrowed, after I just made my last payment, they are saying I didn’t make one of them (from 7 months ago) and are sending me to collections. No wonder their BBB rating is an F. Do no borrow from them

Biggest mistake I've made in years
Biggest mistake I've made in years. Had an emergency, got a quick loan and it's costing me way to much. I'm low income, probably never pay it off.

River valley loans helps but..
River valley loans has helped us in a pinch, but as a third- time repeat customer, honestly I think you could have done better in helping lower my interest rates. You guys say you do for repeat customers but not enough to make a difference really. We pay our loan of fahead of time, but i was truly expecting a bigger decrease in interest this time. Due to severe illness and hospitalizations and trying to cover everyday needs, we unfortunately had no choice but to take the loan. If there is a way to renegotiate the interest on this loan, we'd be very grateful.
