At first the guy was skeptical but just following protocols which I understand and I waited for an hour and no return call to check if I’m approved as returning costumer, but when I checked my account online I was pre-approved and had to call to finalize my application. Carlos was very enthusiastic and had a positive vibes , it eases the feeling of anxiety and stress in times of emergency , nonetheless I got approved ! Keep it going !

My initial experience was great. The customer service people really went above and beyond trying to get me the lowest rate and the cheapest payment. This is the second time I’ve used them and will continue to use them as it is the best I’ve seen so far as far as customer service goes, these loans are intended to be short term if you stick with that it’s an awesome place to do business.

Took a 800 dollar loan. May1st they took 194.64 from me. So that prompt me to check they said I still owe 700 plus dollars and ive added up the 194.64 all the way to may1 and ive payed them just over 1300. There is no option on the website that allows you to pay your own amount or to view how much you owe. You have to call the number. This is total BS. Stay away from this bs if you're in a bind and need to pay back in weekly installments you will never pay the loan off its like a 10month loan by that time you would have financed a cheap car.
