Instruction was great and thorough. Little trouble with unexpectedly losing access to tools prior to end of access period. Access fixed next business day but lost a weekend of study time.

Studying material in RMC is not what comes in exam
I used Mike Griffiths second edition book and this website learning material for PMI-ACP exam. I recently had my exam. There was nothing in my exam which was a part of study content in this website. I spent 90 euros for a simulation test Samples and I spent 6months studying the book, external training and a month in preparation with simulation and focus test. But there was nothing in this simulation and the book which actually helped me in the exam. The book and simulation match 100% in scope though. So I feel like I wasted my money and my time with the website content. Unfortunately no one even helped me to answer this mismatch reason in the RMC study content and the exam content.

Shraddha, Thank you for reaching out. To claim that "no one helped" you, may be a bit unfair at this point. You contacted our support after our normal business hours on a Friday evening, and then posted this review less than 24 hours later on a Saturday. We are closed on the weekends and not available for communications. But we would love an opportunity to help you now, and we are sorry to hear you had a negative experience.
In your communication with us, you said you were not given the PMI-ACP exam, but believe it to be the DASM exam. Our PMI-ACP exam simulator is only geared towards the PMI-ACP (not the DASM) and has helped thousands of project managers obtain their PMI-ACP certification over the last couple decades. Please reach out to me directly at [email protected] and we will do everything we can to help you figure out what happened, and support you in your path to obtaining your PMI-ACP certification.

I paid more for delivery than for the actual books.
Still, UPS did not have neither my phone number, nor my address so when I started looking for the delayed order, they could track me down.

Dobriyana, we are sorry to hear about the shipping issues. This is the first we've heard about your issues - feel free to reach out to me directly at [email protected] if you still don't have your book and I'll be able to help you more directly.
It IS quite expensive expensive to ship to Bulgaria, we unfortunately don't have control over those prices. And when you place the order on our website, the shipping charges are displayed before agreeing to and processing the payment - so hopefully there were no surprises. In addition, our shipping process is automated, and the address entered in our system when placing the order is the address we ship to.
I hope to hear from you so we can figure out what happened with your order and get you your book.

I took the PMI-PBA exam last month, and the questions were not like the BA Fast Track Cloud. This is in contrast to the CAPM Exam I took last year. the CAPM Fast Track Cloud questions were 85%-90% like what I saw on the exam. You need to update the BA Fast Track Cloud to be like the current exam questions.

Andrew - thank you for your feedback, and congratulations on obtaining your CAPM and PMI-PBA! We appreciate that you used RMC's products for both certifications, but wish your actual exam would have been more consistent with what you saw in our PMI-PBA exam simulator. The actual PMI-PBA exam hasn't changed since 2018 and we have helped countless project managers pass that exam since it changed. But we are always pursuing continuous improvement. Please feel free to reach out to me directly at [email protected] if there is anything else we can do.
Yesterday I successfully attempted to pass the PMP Exam on the first try. I am so happy and it is in large part due to Rita and RMC, and their incredible bundle of learning. It gave me a very solid (at the same time detailed and holistic) view of project management, and it really prepared me to pass the exam. Thank you.
