Pretty easy I wish you had sample packs to see what works best
Thank you for your feedback! While we're unable to provide sample packs because prescription medications cannot be dispensed as samples, we do offer smaller quantity options, such as an 8-count supply, for most of our medications so you can try it out without committing to a larger order. ☺️
I found the sight was easy to understand while completing my transaction. I was comfortable with. privacy of the account. But what I appreciated most was that I didn’t have to subscribe to a repeating subscription. I was able to re-order as needed. Thank you.

I goofed setting up my account by not sending a picture of my ID and a picture of me so my first order was canceled. I later sent the required pictures and talked to an associate who reinstated my order and assured me that it would be shipped the following day. I feel that I got exceptional customer service from Rocket Rx....something rare in today's world.

In the past they were pretty fast with sending orders. recently takes day or longer and i always pay over night.

Had been getting my meds through RocketRx but this most recent refill was for a combination med and in the chewable form. Not what I ordered and not what I paid for. Attempts to get this corrected was met with indifference and absolutely no support. I'll be moving on to a different company for sure!

Prescription was okd in a day, that's fine, shipped in a timely manner, that was ok. Then the post office took over, not ok, item went from Florida to st Louis mo.from there to Springfield MA.form there back to st.louis, then to Cape Girardeau mo, finally to perryville mo. Still waiting for it to be sent out. The problem is rocketrx customer service, solution to the problem is they offer other shipping options and I should pick one of them next time( there will not be a next time). Item was ordered May 9th now may 18th, 2-5 day delivery .

So far everything has been pretty good. This last order is taking 3 days longer than normal. Tried to get dosage increase as not as effective as at first. No response.
