Good quality. As expected

Good quality. As expected. Only took a star away because the assembly instructions were unclear. We needed to watch the video a couple of times to get it right. Once that was done, completely happy with the results.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We’ve been absolutely thrilled with this dog treadmill. With multiple high-drive dogs in our household, structured energy release is non-negotiable — and this has become part of our daily routine. The build quality is solid, stable, and clearly designed with dogs in mind. It runs smoothly and feels safe even with bigger, powerful breeds using it. We especially appreciate how it allows us to control pace and duration properly, rather than just relying on chaotic outdoor exercise. Since incorporating it, we’ve seen improvements in focus, neutrality, and overall behavior. It’s been particularly helpful for reactive dogs who need controlled outlets for energy before training sessions. If you have active breeds, multiple dogs, or struggle with weather limiting walks, this is genuinely a worthwhile investment. Structured exercise changes everything.

The customer service responses were very prompt and helpful.

I was hesitant to buy this (because it was a significant investment for me), but I'm incredibly satisfied! I contacted Ronzeil's customer service before purchasing and found them to be very helpful. They proactively asked about my dog's size and provided some tips for a dog using a treadmill for the first time, which was very helpful. However, the assembly process was a bit difficult (and took quite a while). My American bulldog, Brutus, is very energetic, and I was worried he might resist using it the first time. But to my delight, he quickly took to it and loves it! If you have an energetic dog, don't hesitate; this is definitely a great investment!

Cheap and quality is terrible

Save your money, do not buy this mill. It is loud, and breaks. You will be replacing it part by part for the rest of your dog’s life

I’ve been testing out the Ronzeil…

I’ve been testing out the Ronzeil Slatmill in a commercial setting with our Mobile Dog Gym, where it gets heavy daily use from a wide variety of dogs. So far, this slatmill has exceeded my expectations! Durability & Performance – Built to handle whatever you throw at it, this slatmill stands up to constant use without issues. It runs smoothly and provides a great workout for dogs of all sizes. Fast & Easy Setup – The installation was a breeze, making it easy to get up and running quickly. Amazing Customer Service – The team at Ronzeil has been super responsive and helpful, ensuring a great experience from start to finish. Quick U.S. Delivery – One of the biggest advantages is the fast and easy delivery within the U.S., making it an excellent option for trainers, businesses, and dog owners who need quality equipment without long wait times. With just a few small tweaks, I think this slatmill could be a real game changer—especially at its price point. I’ll definitely be buying more for my Mobile Dog Gym! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a durable, well-built, and affordable slatmill.
